Job Summary

Senior Customer Care Officer (Investment) responsible for handling banking, credit, and investment inquiries via phone, chat, and email, plus social media inbox management; investigate escalations, contribute to training and coaching for new joiners, and provide solutions to increase CS efficiency; escalate ad hoc incidents and propose actions to management based on business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Type 1 HKSI license
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 3 years’ experience in contact center, preferably in financial services
  • Knowledge of major retail banking products, especially unsecured lending & investment
  • Native in Cantonese, fluent in English
  • Good written Chinese and English
  • Willing to work hands-on under a lean organization structure
  • Basic knowledge of Mac OS and latest office cloud applications
