Job Summary
Senior Customer Care Officer responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers; explaining and training users on our SaaS platform to maximize value; handling inquiries across multiple channels; resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction; providing feedback to improve service efficiency; identifying opportunities to upsell Cartrack software; and compiling daily efficiency and productivity reports. Requires experience in customer service, strong English and Filipino communication, tech-savviness, and the ability to work both independently and as a team player within a dynamic, startup-like culture. Based in Makati, Philippines (Metro Manila) with in-person responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in any field with outstanding academic performance or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in English and Filipino
- Tech-savvy and computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
