Job Summary
Senior Customer Care Lead responsible for real-time group order operations and care team projects. You’ll serve as a senior point of contact for Group Order clients and restaurant partners during live order windows, manage escalations and complaints, respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, and drive process improvements through cross-functional initiatives. You’ll own external-facing knowledge base content, support tool implementation and maintenance, and surface operational insights to inform product and process improvements. This remote role offers a base compensation range of $65,000-$75,000 per year and emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and scalable operational excellence in a mission-driven company.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer support, customer success, or operations role
- excellent communication skills (phone and written)
- ability to handle escalations and difficult conversations
- experience contributing to projects or cross-functional initiatives
