Senior Custody Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead the strategic development and scaling of digital asset custody solutions while serving as the business owner for the custody product, managing infrastructure choices, pricing models, and market positioning. Partner with third-party custodians, banks, and wallet providers to design asset flows, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to define feature needs such as whitelisting and MPC. Define and implement client-facing workflows covering onboarding, segregation, audit, and reporting, while supporting business development in pitching solutions to institutional clients and co-developing commercial proposals. Monitor evolving regulatory and compliance requirements, oversee key metrics including AUC and transaction volume, and drive reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field
- Hands-on experience in crypto custody, blockchain operations, or digital asset servicing
- Strong understanding of wallet technologies, custody solutions, blockchain transaction mechanics, and settlement infrastructure
- Familiarity with both traditional finance custody controls and Web3-native custody innovations
- Fluent in English

- Prior experience in top-tier crypto or financial institutions, trading firms a plus
- Mandarin proficiency a plus
