Senior Custodial Worker

Conduct housekeeping duties including cleaning restrooms, classrooms, offices, common-use areas, and carpet and tile floors in accordance with APPA standards. Maintain classrooms, offices, kitchens, conference rooms, stairways, and building entrances; clean windows, doors, and display cases. Perform additional floor cleaning and maintenance tasks. Provide manpower during events, including special set-up and post-event cleanup. Receive and deliver supplies, pick up materials from vendors, and assist other departments as needed. Keep break and storage areas neat and clean. Make every effort to return to campus during designated campus emergencies and events. Work Sunday through Friday from 10 P.M. to 6:30 A.M.
