Job Summary
Monitor execution of approved change requests, oversee vendor engagements, and standardize project and operational processes across the CTS portfolio. Govern release management practices to ensure reliable enterprise deployments while establishing portfolio schedules and balancing scope, cost, risk, and operational value. Direct administrative execution for complex programs, create CAB communication plans, and improve upgrade scheduling practices to support large-scale device refresh execution. Lead multiple high-complexity initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes through continuous improvement of CTS service delivery and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management or related field
- 5-7 years of IT experience
- 2-6 years of project management experience
- Proficient with ITIL Foundation
- Agile / Scrum fundamentals
- Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM
- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground
