Job Summary
Senior Customer Care Consultant in Melbourne CBD: handle inbound healthcare-related enquiries in a high-volume, structured contact centre with empathy and professionalism; provide accurate information, navigate multiple systems, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate to meet quality standards; must demonstrate resilience, emotional maturity, and a customer-first mindset; required to work set shifts within an 8:00am–8:30pm AEDT window with rostered hours, and to learn quickly while working independently from home.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume contact centre, ideally within healthcare.
- Patient, empathetic communication style suitable for supporting a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and confidence navigating multiple systems and screens.
- High levels of emotional maturity, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay focused when working independently from home.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy at all times.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
