Job Summary
Senior CSA Estimator analyzes blueprints and documents to prepare detailed cost estimates, leads early-stage cost model development, performs quantity takeoffs, obtains pricing data from databases and suppliers, reviews inputted takeoff information in CATO for disciplines, finalizes unit cost pricing, reviews historic benchmark costs, collaborates with architects/engineers to clarify project scope, and develops relationships with A/E firms and project teams; requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field and ~7 years aviation experience; proficient in MS Excel, On-Screen takeoff, and SharePoint; hybrid work with office presence required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related engineering field
- minimum 7 years’ aviation experience preferred
- Fluent in MS Excel, On-Screen takeoff and SharePoint document control
