Senior CSA Estimator - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Develop and manage detailed civil, structural, and architectural estimates from concept through detailed design for multi-building data center campuses. Lead estimate reviews, present milestone cost updates, and perform quantity takeoffs to ensure alignment between scope, drawings, and pricing. Drive benchmarking, value engineering, and life-cycle cost analyses while reviewing contractor bids and change orders. Prepare leadership-ready presentation content and mentor support staff. Collaborate with cost management and procurement teams to align outputs with program-level planning and commercial strategy. SOX control responsibilities apply where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a construction cost management role such as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Cost Controls etc.
- Experience providing conceptual estimating services and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm
- Experience supporting large scale construction projects and programs
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as value management and value engineering
- Excellent communication skills
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role and must be adhered to where applicable
