Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels
- Strong UI/UX understanding
- Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook
- Attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments
- Self-driven and proactive
- Clear and persuasive communicator with strong English skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly
