Job Summary
Own end-to-end optimization cycles from research to rollout while keeping iterations short. Use AI tools daily to accelerate ideation, design, and analysis. Perform deep funnel analysis across the full user journey, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, then partner with engineers for flawless test implementation and rapid deployment. Analyze results with statistical rigor to make confident scaling decisions and document learnings to maintain a prioritized testing roadmap. Present insights to stakeholders to build alignment and momentum.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience
