Job Summary
Contribute to technical design, coding, and testing for CRM applications and integrations using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET, and Azure. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and in-house applications while integrating CRM with external systems via APIs. Manage solution lifecycles across development, test, and production environments using CI/CD pipelines and Git. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards. Build strong relationships with internal clients to align technology with business goals and maintain technical documentation. This role requires 5-10+ years of experience and involves working extended hours, weekends, and on-call as required. Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid environment with at least one day per week in the Toronto Corporate Office.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of relevant software development experience
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, .NET, C#, SharePoint, and SQL Server
- Proven experience with enterprise systems integration, configuration management, and build processes
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (ADLC, COBIT) and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing needs, and deliver results under tight timelines
- Member-focused mindset, integrity, and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call as required
- Comfort learning and adopting new digital tools, with an openness to using AI‐enabled technology to enhance productivity, accuracy, and the Member experience
- Office Location: Toronto Corporate Office with the ability to travel to our St. Catharines office as needed

Desired Qualifications
