Required Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of professional CRM experience with a strong B2B focus
  • Strong HubSpot CRM expertise, including customization and integrations
  • Ability to design and implement scalable CRM strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple CRM projects from planning to execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Experience in training clients on HubSpot and providing ongoing CRM support
  • Strong data governance, data accuracy, and governance practices
  • Experience translating lifecycle data into strategic recommendations and optimizations
  • Ability to design and manage advanced workflow automations in HubSpot
