Senior Critical Facilities Technician

Senior-level lead role responsible for operating and maintaining data center infrastructure and base building systems, driving operational excellence and 100% uptime. Will mentor junior technicians, provide hands-on supervision when needed, and deliver training for Level I and Level II within specified timelines. Requires technical leadership in mechanical and electrical support, experience with CMMS for work orders and documentation, and participation in procedure development, safety adherence, and 24x7 operations. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, change control, incident response, and collaboration with CFM/ACFM to manage workflow and vendor interactions. Emphasizes adherence to standards, continuous improvement, and hands-on field expertise in power, cooling, fire systems, and related infrastructure.
