Job Summary
Senior Crew Lead overseeing multiple aircraft maintenance teams, ensuring FAA-compliant maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently, assigning labor resources, providing coaching and training, and coordinating with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Parts/Logistics to maintain readiness for inspection and return-to-service. Acts as a technical expert for Crew Leads, ensures documentation accuracy, and supports scheduling and project milestones while upholding safety protocols and FAA Part 135/145 standards.
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
- 7+ years of aircraft maintenance experience, including leadership or crew lead role
- Strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and aircraft systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and digital workflow tools
