Job Summary
Senior Credit Risk Officer for Middle Market and Commercial Bank portfolios in a high-growth market (Florida). Drives profitability and risk alignment by leading credit strategy, ensuring disciplined capital deployment, and maintaining strong credit culture across wholesale lending. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
- 15 years of experience in lending and/or credit experience
- Widespread financial credit risk and regulatory knowledge
- Solid accounting/financial analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships
