Job Summary
Senior Credit and Risk Analyst responsible for KYB/KYC review, credit-report analysis, and AI-assisted underwriting; monitor for fraud and high-risk activity; ensure PCI/AML compliance; collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering; develop and refine AI-driven risk workflows; prepare risk assessments and reports; mentor analysts and stay current on payments regulations and AI risk tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 3–5 years’ experience in FinTech, payment processing, or risk management
- Experience in the payments industry
- Knowledge of card brand rules and regulations (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Understanding of ACH and NACHA guidelines as they relate to payment processing and risk management
- Transaction risk monitoring experience
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered fraud detection, risk monitoring platforms, or automated underwriting tools
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve workflow efficiency
- Demonstrated integrity, good judgment, and strong decision-making abilities
