Job Summary
Senior Credit Controller responsible for managing diverse debtor portfolios across 18,000+ customers and 15 global entities, ensuring timely invoice follow-ups via phone and email, assessing creditworthiness, mitigating risk, collaborating with Sales/Management internationally, resolving disputes, leading process improvements, and enhancing reporting using OnGuard and Unit4. Role requires on-site collaboration with the finance operations team, strong communication in Dutch and English, and a permanent Netherlands work-residence permit. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in credit control or accounts receivable are preferred. The position emphasizes hands-on, independent work and close interaction with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or similar
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and Chinese is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Hands-on, independent and team-oriented
- Permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands
