Senior Credit Controller (B2B Collection)

Manage the cash collection portfolio for Media and Non-Media clients by contacting them via email, telephone, and credit management software to ensure payments meet contracted terms. Reconcile client accounts and ledgers, review daily bank statements, and allocate received funds accurately while recording cheques daily. Resolve client queries by liaising with the Billing team, Opco, and internal departments to progress disputes, and maintain records of all communications and supporting documentation in accordance with SOX controls. Participate in weekly debtor review meetings and monthly target reviews to track collection progress and report recommendations on doubtful debt. Coordinate with applicable MDM contacts to ensure client master data reflects agreed contractual terms and address changes. Prepare weekly reports, provide accounts receivable systems support to management, and deliver holiday or sick cover as directed.
