Senior Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary
Design, implement, and refine credit and collections policies for multiple revenue streams including ads, partnerships, and consumer products. Lead the global AR and Collections team to establish automated, risk-balanced workflows using ERPs like Workday and third-party tools. Manage customer credit processing, oversee dispute management functions, and drive SLA performance to clear disputed invoices efficiently. Partner with cross-functional teams to negotiate large deals, minimize DSO, and develop metrics that ensure best-in-class performance. Independently identify process gaps to simplify manual workflows and support monthly accounting close activities. Based in the US with cross-functional time zone coverage, this role focuses on scaling credit operations across B2B verticals.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience - credit and collections management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance-related field
- Proven project management experience and demonstrated ability to develop multiple processes from the ground up concurrently and iteratively improve the processes to enable scale and efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring others
- Experience leading a geographically dispersed team that covers global credit and collections operations
- Advanced ability to navigate large data sets and the ability to turn data into actionable narratives for change
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
- Must be based in the United States
- Must be available to work cross-functionally across many time zones with US and other international offices
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Financials a plus
- Experience with other Credit and Collections cloud-based 3rd party systems and ticketing tools is a plus
- Tech-forward with a vision for how to best utilize AI across areas of coverage
