Senior Credit Analyst

Job Summary
Senior Credit Analyst needed to conduct in-depth fundamental credit analysis across high yield and leveraged loan issuers, produce investment recommendations, and support portfolio construction. Responsibilities include performing investment research, deal write-ups, financial modeling, monitoring portfolio holdings and risk assessments, collaborating with portfolio managers and traders, tracking market trends and macro factors, generating written research reports, and mentoring less experienced analysts. The role requires leveraging CLOs or private credit knowledge and using tools such as Bloomberg or Aladdin to enhance research and analytics platforms in a collaborative, hybrid-work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leveraged finance analytics
- advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- demonstrated success identifying relative value opportunities within covered sectors
- strong understanding of credit markets, capital structures and distressed situations
- broad understanding of global fixed income and capital markets
- strong ability to collaborate effectively within a small team and across investment disciplines
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- familiarity with CLOs and private credit preferred
- proficiency with Bloomberg, Aladdin, or similar tools
