Senior Credit Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis to evaluate customer creditworthiness and risk exposure, recommending terms that balance risk mitigation with revenue growth. Review and process credit hold release requests while preparing reports on master credit exposure and key performance indicators. Develop and maintain credit scoring models, monitor limits to identify risks, and drive process improvements through automation and AI. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve complex issues and ensure adherence to global credit policies and safety requirements. Support special projects including system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment methodologies
- Experience evaluating customer creditworthiness and making credit recommendations
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple regions and time zones
Desired Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent
- Experience working in a multinational corporation or Shared Services environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- Experience with automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement initiatives
- Exposure to credit scoring model development and credit analytics
- Experience supporting system implementation, testing, or transformation projects
