Job Summary
Senior Credit Analyst responsible for preparing detailed Credit Memoranda, spreading financial data and performing financial analysis for commercial credit requests, formulating preliminary underwriting questions, identifying and assessing credit risks (financial, operational, industry-specific), partnering with Commercial Loan Officers throughout underwriting, performing credit risk analysis including annual reviews and monitoring covenants, assisting with asset classification, escalating concerns to CLO/CCO, and making loan recommendations (approval, denial, or modification). Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work with computer applications; duties include supporting underwriting processes and ongoing credit monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
- Three (3) years’ experience working as a commercial credit analyst within a banking environment
