Job Summary
The Senior Credentialing and Insurance Specialist will be the in-house insurance expert on plan details, provider credentialing and provider licensure. Responsibilities include managing all insurance payor relationships, providing strategic analysis on insurance plan utilization, ensuring all providers are appropriately credentialed, managing provider malpractice enrollment, tracking licensure, inputting fee schedules, and supporting local market fee analysis, as well as handling RCM functions including insurance plan strategy, claims management, insurance payment posting, verifications, and aging reports.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years’ experience in dental insurance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred
