Senior Creator Ecosystem Manager – Binance Square

Job Summary
Governance & Policy and Moderation Operations for Binance Square: design and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines; define moderation standards for crypto-specific content risk; drive policy enforcement frameworks with automation and AI review. Oversee day-to-day moderation operations, optimize workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve AI moderation tools, classifiers, and reporting systems. Lead ecosystem risk management by monitoring threats, leading incident response for high-severity content violations, developing escalation protocols, and coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams. Collaborate with Creator Ops to educate and communicate policy changes to the creator community; represent Binance Square's governance philosophy to internal and external stakeholders. Define and track governance KPIs, produce transparency reports, and provide insights for leadership. Requires 5–8+ years in trust & safety or governance, crypto/blockchain domain expertise, experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships, strong policy-writing skills, data-driven mindset with SQL, and fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform governance at a major internet/social platform
- Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, and Web3
- Experience managing moderation teams and vendor relationships at scale
- Strong policy-writing and decision-making skills under ambiguity
- Data-driven; comfortable with dashboards, SQL, and operational metrics
- Fluent English (verbal & written); calm, decisive under pressure
