Job Summary
Senior Creative Strategist – Paid Social (Meta Ads) oversees creative-first performance marketing for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Lead end-to-end creative strategy from idea to launch to optimization, develop winning ad concepts and messaging frameworks, write high-converting creative briefs for designers and editors, and lead UGC strategies and video direction. Manage and scale campaigns across multiple accounts with budgets ranging from $10K–$250K+ per month, focus on CPL, CPA, and ROAS, and collaborate with design, video, and internal marketing teams. The role emphasizes creative-driven growth over purely dashboard-driven optimization, requiring a portfolio of winning creatives (UGC, static, short-form video), deep understanding of creative psychology and conversion flows, and the ability to articulate contributions to performance outcomes. Remote-EST role with strong ownership, performance analytics, and opportunities for leadership growth in paid social marketing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years running Facebook & Instagram ads at a high level
- Proven experience managing $10,000+/month ad spend
- Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously (5+ preferred)
- Strong hands-on involvement in ad concepting, creative strategy, messaging development, and creative brief writing
- Ability to create high-converting UGC concepts and video ad narratives
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Strong copywriting ability for hooks, CTAs, and ad messaging
- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-assisted creative workflows
