Job Summary
Develop, lead, and execute creative brand concepts across on-air, digital, and social platforms. Write, shoot, and edit commercials and station promotions while conceptualizing campaigns for marketing and sales presentations. Direct and schedule multi-platform promotional initiatives, providing mentorship to junior marketing producers. Manage projects within the Senior Creative Services Department, which supports broadcast, streaming, and digital assets for Columbia's top-rated station.
Required Qualifications
- Proven writing and communication skills
- Expert video, photography, lighting, and audio pre/post production skills
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications with expert knowledge of Premiere and After Effects
- Strong ability to direct marketing and advertising philosophy and techniques
- Strong initiative for troubleshooting and problem-solving
- College degree or equivalent job experience in graphic design or video production
- Ability to lead and manage projects in a team environment
- Works well with staff and clients
- WIS-TV/Gray Media is a drug-free company
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Wide Orbit a plus, but not required
