Job Summary
Senior Creative Programme Manager – 12-month FTC responsible for end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across the UK and Europe. Embedded into the client’s team as the operational anchor for mass advertising portfolios spanning TV, radio, print, social, and digital. Lead campaign alignment meetings, manage timelines and budgets, oversee asset development and localization across 13+ European locations, and coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver assets to media owners. Requires 7+ years of experience in multi-channel creative workflows and asset localization/production, strong collaboration with stakeholders and agencies, and an ability to turn complex requirements into clear plans in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work arrangement in London.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience managing multi-channel creative workflows, asset localization, and production for large-scale media plans
- Ability to think critically, anticipate roadblocks, and make informed decisions that align with marketing goals
- Comfort working independently with total ownership of processes and driving communication across teams
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, business partners, and external agencies
- Well-organised self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment
- Experience coordinating with Producers, Project Managers, and Creative Leads to schedule and balance resources
