Job Summary
Oversee creative development and supervision of large-scale events, ticketed shows, and immersive installations, ensuring alignment with BWS's vision and client expectations. Coordinate workflows across internal teams and external freelancers, manage project budgets, and lead talent selection, onboarding, and creative workshops. Liaise with clients, procurement, and travel teams to deliver tangible experiences from conceptual stages through production. Maintain strict confidentiality and optimize resource allocation while managing multiple simultaneous projects. Based in Milan with international travel, reporting to the Special Projects Business Unit Director.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in creative development for large-scale events
- Experience collaborating with Creative Directors and creative talents
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks
- Fluency in English
- Strong time management skills for both personal and team workflows
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality where necessary
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Composed under pressure and highly adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of initiative
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary to meet project demands
