Job Summary
Translate strategy into pitch and award-winning creative ideas for social-first projects, campaigns, and always-on work. Pitch and present concepts to clients during the new business stage and project delivery. Oversee creative execution of strategies and briefs by evolving review criteria and collaborating with design and production teams. Bridge the gap between ideation and execution by identifying workflow challenges and developing solutions with other leaders. Support creative performance, manage hiring and onboarding, and report insights on team culture and process. Write case studies, awards entries, and thought leadership content while testing new tools within strategy and account teams.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years agency experience
- Senior conceptual Creative or Senior Creative Strategy role
- deep understanding of social media
- social-first not social-only
- self-starter
- comfortable working independently to proactively find various routes into a brief
- strong deck writing, formatting and presentation skills
- proven track record of overseeing the creative production process
