Job Summary

Senior Creative to join EA's Sims brand design team. Responsibilities include supporting ACDs and GCDs in the design, concepting, and execution of The Sims brand identity across key player touch points; developing brand design solutions for The Sims franchise including key art, logos, typography, color, graphic elements, iconography, motion-based design, and presentation materials; translating high-level creative direction into polished visual systems across in-game and out-of-game channels; partnering with studio, marketing, and live services teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across product, campaigns, social, retail, experiential, film, environmental, and print; contributing to marketing campaigns and live services content from a brand design perspective; building presentation decks for internal reviews; providing design direction and feedback to internal designers; collaborating with external agencies and vendors; contributing to brand style guides; interpreting feedback and performance data into iterative design improvements. Required qualifications include 7+ years of branding/design experience, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with game UI design, 3D, motion design is a plus; BS/BFA in Graphic/Communication Design; online portfolio required.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, art direction, typography, layout, and visual system development across digital, social, print, experiential, environmental, and campaign channels
  • Strong understanding of brand design systems, design trends, and best practices
  • Experience developing and executing cohesive visual systems, campaign assets, presentation materials, and brand guidelines
  • Collaborative and flexible creative partner who can work with ACDs, GCDs, designers, studio teams, marketing, live services, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Solid communication skills for design reviews and feedback
  • Strong deck-building and presentation design skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with game UI design, 3D, motion design, video and photoshoot direction is a plus
  • A passion for games, entertainment, and player-centered brand experiences
  • BS/BFA in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Design Direction
  • Online portfolio required
