Job Summary
Senior Creative Designer at Monks leading brand-aligned visual concepts across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms. Own design quality end-to-end, mentor through example, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences. Proficient in Figma for production-ready design systems; manage multiple projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and incorporate feedback with clear design rationale. Emphasis on brand consistency, trend research, and applying emerging technologies to creative output.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years senior creative design experience
- Proficiency with Figma (mandatory)
- Strong portfolio across brand-focused work
- Experience designing assets for digital marketing, social media, and web
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication skills (B2+)
Desired Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant work experience in a senior creative design capacity
- Proven proficiency with Figma (mandatory)
