Job Summary
Senior Creative Designer at goop kitchen, responsible for shaping and evolving the brand's visual expression across social, email, menus, packaging, signage, launch materials, and special projects. Lead the creation of original, culturally relevant concepts and translate marketing objectives into polished design across digital and print. Responsibilities include maintaining the brand’s visual identity, designing assets for social media, email marketing, paid media, web, app, and growth, collaborating with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Growth, Culinary, and Operations teams, developing scalable templates, managing production-ready files, and supporting shoots and production. Bonus: motion/Video assets creation and editing for social channels. Requires 4–8 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of graphic design experience
- strong portfolio across digital, print, and brand design
- expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- experience designing for social media, email marketing, paid media, websites, packaging, and print production
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- highly collaborative, resourceful, and proactive
Desired Qualifications
- 4–8 years of graphic design experience, preferably in consumer, hospitality, wellness, food, lifestyle, or digitally native brands
- strong portfolio across digital, print, and brand design
- expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- familiarity with Canva and Figma; motion/video tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut a plus
- experience designing for social media, email marketing, paid media, websites, packaging, and print production
- strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand systems understanding
- exceptional attention to detail and craft
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- highly collaborative, resourceful, and proactive
