Senior creative designer - exteriors

Job Summary
Lead a design team to develop bold interior and exterior designs that align with brand goals and enhance customer experience. Translate ideas into finished designs using 2D sketches, 3D sketches, animations, and close collaboration with clay and digital sculpting teams. Collaborate with design, sculpting, engineering, and fabrication teams; present ideas to management; stay current with design trends and technology; manage multiple tasks and timelines; demonstrate strong design judgment, creativity, and attention to detail; drive concepts from inception to final release for automotive and mobility applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an OEM design studio
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Automotive, Transportation, Industrial...)
- Strong understanding of form, 2-D to 3-D interpretation, and ability to visualize
- Creativity, independence, Autonomy, Problem solving, design judgment, team spirit, volume understanding
- Ability to work independently and lead a team as well as provide mentoring
- Portfolio with several series of sketches and ideations, production program experience samples
