Senior Creative Associate, Mountains (Denver)

Senior Creative Associate based in the Denver area, with a remote-working arrangement that may require occasional in-person vendor visits. Responsible for producing strategic and creative proposals and sales/marketing collateral within the Creative Team, working with a variety of suppliers, and handling administrative functions to support day-to-day Creative Team activities. Key duties include applying creative tools to enhance visual storytelling and proposal development, contributing to content conceptualization, leading smaller-scale proposals, managing asset-based projects (e.g., Destination and Dine Around Guides), using industry platforms to craft differentiating concepts, developing expertise in SOW creation and vendor negotiations, and ensuring margin goals through accurate SOW integration. In addition, duties encompass building and maintaining dashboards, managing vendor relationships in Salesforce, expanding supplier networks, representing Access at tradeshows, aligning creative strategy with program goals and client objectives, and collaborating across Creative, Sales, Events, and national teams to ensure timely, high-quality proposal execution.
