Job Summary
Senior Counsel for Uline Canada operations; partner with leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives; collaborate with U.S. teams on commercial transactions; identify legal and regulatory risks; conduct legal research; draft documents; advise on employment practices, policies and compliance programs; provide guidance to business leaders on a variety of legal issues; on-site involvement at Milton/Kitchener/Mississauga locations with Canada-wide responsibilities and cross-border coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario or equivalent
- 5+ years of legal experience with a large company or law firm
- Experience with a company headquartered in the US a plus
- Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
