Job Summary
Senior Counsel with Nevada bar eligibility sought to lead and mentor litigation teams in an insurance-defense practice. Responsibilities include independently handling court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials; developing compelling case themes; client communications; cultivating client relationships; and providing leadership to less-experienced attorneys. Requires a JD from an ABA-approved school, active license in Nevada, 8+ years of solid litigation experience (discovery, deposition, and trial preparation), strong independent work ability, and excellent written/verbal communication. Required Qualifications
- JD from ABA approved school
- Must be licensed in your state
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition and trial preparation
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
- Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial
