Job Summary
Develop a compelling case theme that outmaneuvers plaintiff strategies, independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials, and manage full case responsibilities including discovery. Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while cultivating relationships with existing and future clients through routine communications. Refuse mediocrity in all work and act with minimal supervision using strong time management systems and MS Suite proficiency. Requires an ABA-approved JD, active New Jersey bar license, and 8+ years of litigation experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active bar license in the State of New Jersey
- JD from an ABA approved school
- Must be licensed in your state
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience
- Experience with litigation support
- Experience with deposition
- Experience with trial preparation
- Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience handling all facets of discovery
- Experience handling trial
- Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
- Experience with time management systems
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Proficiency in Word
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Ability to think and act independently
- Ability to act with minimal supervision
