Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligible for waiver)
- Portable book of business meeting thresholds: $350,000 minimum for transactional practices; $500,000 minimum for litigation, employment, or other corporate areas
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a practice in an underserved market
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to mentorship
