Job Summary
Lead legal support for OPX Nuclear Fuel, advising on complex commercial, regulatory, and contractual matters; negotiate Nuclear Fuel Supply Contracts, NDAs, software licensing and development, and teaming agreements; develop customer contracts terms and translate sales terms for suppliers; participate in domestic and international negotiations; assess legal/compliance risks and advise management; collaborate with project management to meet corporate goals; train management on legal issues and risk mitigation; travel domestically and internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience with a focus on commercial and business law
- Membership in a US State Bar
- Experience with corporate governance processes in a regulated environment
- Prior in-house counsel experience and/or experience negotiating international commercial agreements preferred
- Experience supporting energy, nuclear, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred
- Foreign language skills (Spanish, French, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean) preferred
