Job Summary
Draft and negotiate contracts for manufacturing sites, supply logistics, warehousing, real estate, and general procurement. Manage disputes and advise on compliance policies, procedures, and risk assessments for US TechOps and Radioligand Technology activities. Act as the primary contact for stakeholders within US Technical Operations and RLT Global, coordinating with Operations lawyers to implement best practices. Provide legal support regarding interactions with supervising authorities such as the FDA, NRC, and OSHA. Support the design and execution of global strategy and the rollout of standardized template agreements.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years post law school work experience
- 3+ years in regulated pharmaceutical industry environment
- General Knowledge, pharmaceutical regulations in US GMP (general principles) obtained through working in pharma
- Contracts, General Labor Law: Basic Knowledge
- Procurement-related experience
- Experience with litigation/contract disputes
- Experience in BD&L related transactions and complex contracting
- Real Estate Related work experience (buy/sell, maintenance, construction)
