Job Summary
Senior Counsel, Litigation responsible for overseeing and supporting complex civil litigation portfolios, partnering with outside coordinating counsel, and directing discovery strategy and data production. Provide practical, business-oriented litigation advice, manage budgets for outside counsel and vendors, and coordinate with paralegals and litigation support staff to align day-to-day execution with strategy. Travel for mediations/arbitrations as needed; hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence in Dublin, Ohio three days per week and remote the remaining days. Requires strong written and oral communication, organizational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment; anticipate issues early and position matters for favorable resolution, with experience in regulatory, corporate, intellectual property, labor and employment, and related areas.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate
- 4-6 years of experience in complex civil litigation
- Member in good standing with any US state bar
