Job Summary
Senior Counsel (Legal & Compliance) for an iGaming platform, responsible for providing day-to-day legal advice on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and employment matters; drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements; supporting governance and policy development; advising on gaming, AML/CFT, data protection, IP, and IT; managing licences and audits; coordinating regulatory submissions; and travel as needed. Strong contract drafting and cross-jurisdictional experience, with proficiency in English and familiarity with compliance frameworks, AI tools, and corporate governance in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
