Job Summary
Senior Counsel to join Suno’s Legal & Business Affairs to structure, negotiate, and close a wide range of music, BD partnerships, developer, and general commercial transactions. Be a go-to cross-functional legal partner for music, business development, and consumer partnership teams; help build commercial legal infrastructure including templates and playbooks; leverage in-house experience to accelerate commercial momentum; require JD and active US bar, 8+ years in-house/music/entertainment, and must be eligible to work in the US with on-site NY office. Compensation $200,000-$300,000 plus equity and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- JD and active US state bar membership
- 8+ years of experience, in-house and music/entertainment experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with business and technical teams
- Clear communication with business and technical audiences
- Hands-on attitude to tackle projects of varying size
- Collaborative, adaptable, with integrity and curiosity
- Eligible to work in the US
- On-site in New York office
- Full-time employment in the US
