Job Summary
Negotiate commercial contracts to enable global delivery of AI solutions to healthcare providers while collaborating with sales teams to accelerate deal closures. Design and implement a comprehensive privacy program ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements, and serve as trusted counsel across product, engineering, and model teams for strategic legal support on AI research and development. Build scalable legal processes and infrastructure to support rapid growth, monitor emerging regulatory trends in the generative AI landscape, and safeguard intellectual property and partnerships with physicians and executive leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
- At least 2 years focused on negotiating commercial contracts and tech transactions
- Ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited institution
- Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Background in healthcare technology or artificial intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for professional development
