Senior Cost Manager

Job Summary
Senior Cost Manager leads end-to-end cost management for large real estate/infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include estimating and cost planning, producing Bills of Quantities and tender documentation, tendering and procurement, managing pre- and post-contract cost variances, valuations, and preparing cost reports. Requires detailed knowledge of Real Estate/Property cost consultancy, experience from feasibility through tendering to handover, proficiency with standard form contracts (FIDIC preferred), and strong client-facing communication. Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar is required, with 10+ years of experience and in-country Egypt experience; MRICS is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in similar roles
- In country (Egypt) experience is required
- MRICS is an advantage
- Professionalism and client-facing experience
- Experience with standard form contracts, FIDIC preferred
- Experience in pre-contract, tendering, post-contract services
- Knowledge of construction industry and technical matters
