Job Summary
Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale hyperscale data center program. Lead cost planning, procurement strategy, change management, and commercial governance across multiple design phases; develop estimates and cost plans through design milestones; review quantities and scope with GC/CM and design teams; provide independent cost/market inputs; manage change orders end-to-end; produce monthly cost reports and forecasts; coordinate funding data and VE/risk sessions; mentor junior team members; travel to project site near St. Louis monthly; client-facing role with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 6-7 years of cost management / project controls experience
- Experience leading cost deliverables on medium- to large, complex projects
- Data center or mission-critical/industrial project experience preferred
- RICS accreditation (or working toward it) preferred
- Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel to the St. Louis, MO area monthly for a 2–3 day trip
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
- Base salary range $140K-$160K with bonuses and benefits
