Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for data center construction delivering high-value cost management services on a major data center development in Scranton, PA. Lead cost estimation and planning, review and collaborate with design teams and general contractors on cost estimates, reconcile changes, prepare cost revisions, coordinate data from suppliers and subcontractors, advise on engineering priorities based on cost impact, manage cost checks and valuations, participate in post-contract cost variance analysis and change control, develop cost plans at design milestones, provide input for design optioneering and value engineering, negotiate contractor/subcontractor pricing for fair contract values, perform quantity surveying and cost validation throughout the project lifecycle, produce monthly cost reports, and mentor team members. Requires strong leadership, client-facing communication, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision; on-site presence may vary with client needs and the role supports a significant large-scale program including a high-density data center campus.
