Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management for data center construction projects, including multi-building campuses and phased developments. Responsible for estimating and negotiating change orders, developing cost plans, reviewing design services and general contractor submissions, coordinating cost information from sources, informing engineering priorities based on cost impact, proactive issue resolution with minimal supervision, managing cost checks and valuations, participating in post-contract variances and change control, sustaining contingency management and commitment tracking, preparing funding data and coordinating value engineering, developing cost plans through design phases, providing commercial input to design optioneering, reviewing contractor/subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations, conducting quantity surveying and cost controls across the project lifecycle, ensuring timely final accounts, and mentoring team members. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required; on-site presence and client alignment with Turner & Townsend standards are emphasized.
