Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor with data center construction expertise. Responsibilities include developing cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases, leading GMP reviews, producing cost reports and cash flows, coordinating cost information from design teams and subcontractors, leading procurement strategy and commercial negotiations, managing final accounts and change control, supporting cost risk analysis and VE initiatives, ensuring Earned Value Management adoption where applicable, and acting as primary client interface. Requires regular onsite presence ~20 miles north of Fort Worth, TX; Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years of cost management experience in large-scale construction; strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; SOX considerations may apply; experience with data centers or mission-critical environments preferred; US work experience desirable; Turner & Townsend is an EEO employer.
